Two origins that shouldn't work together this well. Brazil brings the body and sweetness; India Monsooned Malabar brings something earthier, moodier, with a weight that lingers on the palate. The result is one of those blends you keep coming back to without fully being able to explain why.
Brown sugar and roasted hazelnuts lead the way, giving way to a caramel finish with a low hum of dark chocolate and roasted peanuts on the tail end. Rich without being aggressive. Comforting without being flat.

Roast: Medium · Available in 100g, 250g, 500g and 1KG
For best flavour, brew between 14–28 days from the roast date. Beans are roasted in small batches and may need a few days to degas before they're at their peak.
