A smooth, sweet washed single origin grown between 1,600 and 1,900 metres in the Cajamarca highlands of northern Peru.
Hundreds of smallholder farmers in this region hand-harvest and process their own cherries before careful washing locks in clarity and sweetness. The result is a rounded, balanced cup that leads with milk chocolate, opens into a delicate cotton candy sweetness, and finishes with the warm, spiced richness of baklava.
It's a gentle, dessert-like coffee — full of sweetness without ever tipping into heavy or bitter — that performs beautifully as a filter brew or a milk-based drink.
