Solaro is a blend that knows when to be bold and when to ease off. Colombia and Guatemala come together here to produce something genuinely balanced — bright enough to hold its own as a long black, smooth enough to disappear beautifully into milk.
Expect gula melaka sweetness up front, stone fruits and berries through the middle, and a finish of chocolate and roasted nuts that lingers without being heavy. It's the kind of cup that works just as well at 7am as it does at 3pm.

For best flavour, brew between 14–28 days from the roast date. Beans are roasted in small batches and may need a few days to degas before they're at their peak.
