Mayan Espresso Blend Coffee Beans from Brazil, Indonesia & Colombia

Our all-rounder blend. We enjoy it most on white and barista’s all-time favourite, lots of nutty, milk chocolate and a very pleasant finish. Combining beans from Brazil, Indonesia, and Colombia into a blend offers a harmonious balance of flavors and textures. Expect a profile of milk chocolate, molasses, and peanut butter and it being a well-rounded and flavorful cup.

Beans from Brazil are known for their smooth and chocolatey flavour profile, often with nutty undertones. They typically contribute to the body and sweetness of a blend, adding richness and depth to the cup.

Indonesian beans bring their own unique characteristics to the blend. They often have a full body and low acidity, with earthy notes, and can add complexity and depth to the blend, as well as a lingering finish.

Beans from Colombia often feature fruity and floral notes, with a medium body and a clean finish. They add vibrancy and complexity to the blend, as well as a refreshing acidity.

This is versatile enough to be enjoyed in the morning or as an afternoon treat, or simply as your go-to blend for the weekend latte. This blend is sure to satisfy even the most discerning coffee enthusiasts.

Consuming your coffee beans anywhere between 14 - 28 days after the stated roast date will give you the best-tasting coffee.

Freshly roasted beans needs to go through a degassing phase from the roasting process, and until the beans have time to equalize, they will not offer the correct flavor profile when brewed.

We roast in small batches to ensure you get the best. Available in 250g and 500g packs for subscription.
