Consuming your coffee beans anywhere between 14 - 28 days after the stated roast date will give you the best-tasting coffee.
Freshly roasted beans needs to go through a degassing phase from the roasting process, and until the beans have time to equalize, they will not offer the correct flavor profile when brewed.
We roast in small batches to ensure you get the best. Available in 3 x 100g packs.

Avoid moisture, heat and direct light. Keep in a cool, dark and dry place.
To maintain freshness, avoid storing in a clear container, instead store it in an opaque jar at room temperature.
Not recommended to freeze coffee beans to avoid condensation on beans.
