This seasonal espresso blend freshly roasted locally has hints of berries acidity, with burnt caramel and buttery sweetness. Coupled with dark chocolate-y and nutty finish. There is a rich and chocolatey aroma hinted at the big, velvety mouthfeel of this coffee. A little more savory than sweet, fruit dominates, and the slight floral finish was very satisfying.
This medium roast blend is created with Colombia Garzon Microlot and Brazil Mogiana Natural, quality coffee beans at its best.
Good for espresso-based, moka pot, french press or cold brew with milk.
Consuming your coffee beans anywhere between 14 - 28 days after the stated roast date will give you the best-tasting coffee.
Freshly roasted beans needs to go through a degassing phase from the roasting process, and until the beans have time to equalize, they will not offer the correct flavor profile when brewed.
